Logan County Sheriff’s Office remembers former mechanic

LOGAN COUNTY, Ky. – The Logan County Sheriff’s Office is mourning the loss of one of their long-time engineers who passed away this week.

Edgar “Eddie” Insoe worked with the agency as their mechanic for 17 years before his retirement in 2023.

The sheriff’s office says he passed away Wednesday evening after fighting an illness for several years.

They ask that you keep his wife, Kristie, and his children in your thoughts and prayers during this extremely difficult time.
