Burn ban effective immediately for Logan County

LOGAN COUNTY, Ky. – Logan County judge executive Phillip Baker has ordered a burn ban for Logan County.
Baker issued the executive order stating all outdoor burning in Logan County is prohibited effective immediately starting Sept. 3.
The ban is due to current predicted weather and the risk of forest fires in Kentucky, the order states.
The order urges citizens of Logan County to comply to potentially preserve the lives and well-being of others. The full document can be viewed below.
