Franklin first responders on the scene of fire

FRANKLIN, Ky. – Franklin police say emergency crews are on the scene of an early morning fire.

The department says first responders received a call to a fire Thursday morning at East Washington and North Railroad.

The fire broke out in the grain bins at the location.

Responders ask motorists to avoid the area as it is blocked by emergency vehicles.
