Reported gas line rupture impacts traffic on Louisville Road

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Bowling Green Police Department is at the scene of a reported gas line rupture near Louisville Road.

BGPD public information officer Ronnie Ward stated Friday shortly before 2 p.m. that the southbound lane of Louisville Road was closed to traffic.

Ward says traffic is currently being impacted near the 1500 block of Louisville Road near Tobacco Road.

This may cause delays. Please travel with caution as first responders work in the area.
