Cookies sold at Meijer recalled for undeclared milk allergen

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Cookies sold at Meijer stores are being recalled in multiple states, including Kentucky.
Too Good Gourmet of San Lorenzo, California announced the recall of Meijer Dunking Cookies Chocolate Chip for an undeclared milk allergen, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Anyone with an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk could have a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
The recalled cookies were sold at Meijer stores in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky and Wisconsin. The product is packaged in a 10-ounce container.
The FDA says Too Good Gourmet and Meijer have not received any reports of illness.
All best if used by codes are included in the recall.
Customers who were impacted should not use the product and return the product at customer service at any Meijer store for a full refund, according to the FDA. To learn more, click here.
