Senator Rand Paul Visits Mammoth Cave
Mammoth Cave National Park, Ky. – Senator Rand Paul toured around the state of Kentucky on Monday stopping by Mammoth Cave National Park to discuss Kentucky tourism.
Kentucky tourism has been booming across the state. Sen. Paul used the bourbon trail as an example of a popular attraction that brings in out of state residents to Kentucky.
However, Paul also commented on the new developments such as President Biden stepping out of the race, and Trump picking Ohio Senator J.D. Vance. Paul approved of the selection saying they are friends and have worked together before. Paul still has yet to endorse Trump though, and has some concerns especially when it comes to the handling of debt and those involved with COVID-19.
Paul heads back to D.C. tomorrow to discuss security concerns that arose from the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump.
