United States Postal Service planning to increase some prices

(CNN) – It’s your last chance to get “Forever” stamps at their current price.

A first-class Forever stamp will soon increase in cost from 68 cents to 73 cents.

Prices for other services are also increasing, including postcards and metered letters.

The new prices take effect on July 14.

The hikes are part of the USPS 10-year “Delivering for America” plan.

It is expected to generate $44 billion in additional revenue by 2031.
