Bodies of missing Georgia firefighters located in Tennessee
COCKE COUNTY, Tenn. (WSAV) – Two Liberty County, Georgia firefighters who had been missing for about a week were found dead in Tennessee on Sunday.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says the bodies of Chandler Kuhbander and Raegan Anderson were found inside a car in Cocke County.
They also found Anderson’s car.
The Hinesville, Georgia Police Department had put out information about the disappearance of Anderson and Kuhbander.
The two had previously dated for several years, and both worked for the Liberty County Fire Department.
Anderson was arrested on June 22 after a domestic dispute with Kuhbander, well after their breakup.
Anderson’s arrest led to a welfare check at her home last Tuesday. That’s when Kuhbander’s family realized he was missing.
Kuhbander was last seen alive at a Crunch Fitness location in Savannah, where Anderson’s car was also seen.
Anderson was last seen alive on security camera video provided by police. She was last seen pumping gas in South Carolina.
