Bowling Green Fire Department releases annual report

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Bowling Green Fire Department announced Monday, June 10 that it released its annual report.
According to a social media post by the fire department, its command staff and program and division leaders spent the last six months gathering the department’s accomplishments and potential improvements for 2023.
The department says the report is meant to tell its story, along with highlighting its strengths “with an underlying theme of growth tying our year together.”
The report is divided up by sections, including “From the Chief’s Desk,” “Mission, Vision and Values,” “Department Overview,” “2023 in Review,” “By the Numbers,” “Program Reports,” “Awards and Recognition,” “Promotions,” “Retirements” and more.
The report also looks back on the department celebrating 125 years in the City of Bowling Green in 2023.
In the report, you can also find a performance gap analysis, the department saying it wants to be transparent and accurate.
