COWS siren not functioning in downtown Russellville after damage

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – WRUS reports that the Community Outdoor Warning Siren in downtown Russellville, Kentucky is not operational after damage to City Hall.

Reports state that City Hall has significant damage at this time from this morning’s storms.

City officials ask residents to remain aware, as more severe weather is expected tonight.
