3 indicted on drug trafficking charges in Warren County

BOWLIGN GREEN, Ky. – Three people are formally charged on methamphetamine trafficking charges in Warren County.
According to the United States Attorney’s Office, Western District of Kentucky, Brandy Cardenas, 25, of Bowling Green, Trey Williams, 27, of Tompkinsville, Kentucky and Kelton Withrow, 28, of Bowling Green were all indicted Feb. 14 on charges of conspiring to distribute over 500 grams of methamphetamine between Dec. 9 and Jan. 18 in Warren County.
Cardenas is also charged with possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking.
Cardenas made her initial appearance in court in February, when she was ordered to be released on special conditions pending trial officials say. Williams made his initial court appearance in March, when officials say the court ordered him detained pending trial. At his initial court appearance on Tuesday, officials say the court ordered Withrow released on special conditions pending trial.
All three face a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years with a possible maximum sentence of life in prison with no possibility for parole.
