Man arrested after double shooting in Glasgow

GLASGOW, Ky. – Further details have developed after authorities say two people were shot Wednesday night in Glasgow.

The Glasgow Police Department says it responded to Meadow Drive and conducted an investigation.

Police say they learned a male and a female were transported to T.J. Samson Community Hospital with gunshot wounds. The female victim sustained a gunshot to her hand area, while police say the male sustained multiple gunshot wounds.

Police say the victims were shot at a residence at the scene after a physical fight. Both victims were treated at T.J Samson before being transferred to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, police say.

The suspect was identified as Eric L. Dominguez, 21, who was taken into custody.

Dominguez faces two counts of first-degree assault and first-degree wanton endangerment. He was transported the Barren County Detention Center.
