Warren County Grand Jury indictments

A Warren County grand jury Wednesday indicted the following people.

• Jakwini Bievenu, 31, 2105 Robin Road Apt. H1, second-degree burglary, second-degree fleeing or evading police and alcohol intoxication. Bond was transferred.
• Matthew Dale Blevins, 29, Warren County Regional Jail, receiving stolen property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000, first-degree fleeing or evading police, third-degree assault, tampering with physical evidence, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants first offense within five years, resisting arrest, speeding, reckless driving, failure to wear seatbelts, failure to or improper signal, disregarding a stop sign, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance first offense, improper passing, criminal littering and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle. Bond is $5,000.
• James Morris Broaddus, 56, cultivating marijuana five plants or more firearm enhanced, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance first offense (hallucinogen) firearm enhanced and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was transferred.
• Jonathan Wayne Cage, 53, 550 Lost Circle Apt. E, first-degree bail jumping and first degree persistent felony offender. Notice to appear in court issued.
• Daniel Lee Carr, 37, 405 Chestnut Street Apt. B, first-degree trafficking in synthetic drugs first offense, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was transferred.
• Stephanie Lee Carr, 26, 1366 Park Street, first-degree bail jumping. Bond is $10,000.
• Kerri Daniell Dillard, AKA Kerry Daniell Hodge, AKA Kerri Hodge-Dillard, 36, Warren County Regional Jail, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000 and persistent felony offender. Bond is $5,000.
• Shalisha Monique Settles, 29, 7031 Ferrest Park, Hopkinsville, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000 by complicity and tampering with physical evidence. Bond is $1,500.
• Phillip Steven Dunagan II, 31, 117 Kathleen Drive, Horse Cave, flagrant non-support. Notice to appear in court issued.
• George O. Ellis, 33, 199 Sweeney Lane, trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces firearm enhanced, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure of owner to maintain required insurance first offense, speeding and no or expired registration plates. Bond is $5,000.
• Alicia Michelle Whittaker, 33, 199 Sweeney Lane, trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces firearm enhanced and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is $5,000.
• Rebekah Joyce English, 30, 2046 Rockcreek Drive Apt. 4, first-degree bail jumping and persistent felony offender. Bond is $5,000.
• Katieann Dawn Griffin, 28, three counts of theft of identity, fraudulent use of a debit/credit card valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000, criminal possession of a forged instrument, possession of stolen mail, disregarding a traffic control device, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance first offense. Bond is $5,000.
• Kalve Deallante McDowell, 29, 1969 Stonehenge Ave., Apt. 1, fraudulent use of a debit/credit card valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000. Bond is $1,000.
• Lexa Rene Harris, 46, 1801 Morgantown Road #517, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft by unlawful taking of property valued under $500 and second-degree persistent felony offender. Bond was transferred.
• Gary Wayne Dorough, 44, 1801 Morgnatown Road Lot 517, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument by complicity. Bond was transferred.
• Jeffrey Aaron Haynes, 39, Warren County Regional Jail, second-degree assault and first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $5,000.
• Samuel Tyler Bruce Jones, 30, Warren County Regional Jail, second-degree assault by complicity and first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $5,000.
• Christopher Presley Reynolds, 43, Warren County Regional Jail, second-degree assault by complicity and first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $5,000.
• John Scott Houchens, 31, 1276 Adams Street, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of synthetic drugs second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was transferred.
• Richard Joseph Lang, 44, 193 Amy Ave. Apt. B, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000 and third-degree criminal mischief. Bond is $1,000.
• Steven Ray Logsdon, 39, receiving stolen property valued at $10,000 or more, first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree fleeing or evading police on foot, first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was transferred.

• Tonia Renee Groark, 38, homeless, second-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000. Bond is $5,000.
• Kristopher Michael Groark, 31, address unknown, receiving stolen property valued at $500 or more but les than $10,000. Bond is $1,000.
• Emily Marie Stinson, 21, 217 E. Kentucky Street, Franklin, first-degree bail jumping. Bond is $5,000.
• Wesley Todd Whitaker, 25, Warren County Regional Jail, fourth-degree assault domestic third or greater offense within five years. Bond is $5,000.
