Man arraigned Monday on charges related to alleged rape at Wingate Hotel

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A man was arraigned Monday on charges related to a reported rape at the Wingate Hotel.
According to court documents, 25-year-old Johnson Lloyd was indicted Wednesday, Jan. 17 on first-degree rape, first-degree rape (attempted), first-degree sodomy (attempted), fourth-degree assault (minor injury) and second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot).
The charges are in connection with an incident reported on Dec. 2 at the Wingate Hotel at 185 Greenwood Lane.
Police say the victim was a hotel employee, who said Lloyd forced her “into a sexual act against her will” and assaulted her.
During Monday’s arraignment, Lloyd pleaded not guilty to the charges.
An order for psychiatric evaluation was also entered, according to court documents.
Lloyd is scheduled for a pretrial conference on March 4 at 9 a.m. His bond has been set at $100,000 cash.
