GLASGOW, Ky. – A Glasgow woman has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for sex offenses against four children, according to a media release by the Commonwealth’s Attorney for the 43rd Judicial Circuit.

On Wednesday, Sept. 30, officials say 31-year-old Felicia Pyanowski of Glasgow was sentenced by the Barren County Circuit Court.

Officials say Pyanowski had previously been indicted by a Barren County Grand Jury for several sexual offenses, “including rape, sodomy and incest, committed against four children.”

In June, the release states Pyanowski entered a guilty plea in exchange for the recommended 30-year sentence.

Pyanowski will not be eligible for parole until she serves at least 20 years in prison, according to officials.

Since she pleaded guilty, officials say Pyanowski waives any right to appeal the sentence.

The case was investigated by Capt. Jabin McGuire with the Glasgow Police Department and prosecuted by the Barren County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.

According to officials, Commonwealth’s Attorney John Gardner stated he is “pleased Pyanowski accepted responsibility for her actions which allows the children involved with this case to avoid the stress and additional trauma of testifying at trial.”

The trial of Pyanowski’s co-defendant, Damon Dobbs, of Indianapolis, Indiana, is set to begin on January 13, 2027.
