I-65 northbound in Barren County closes due to fuel spill

BARREN COUNTY, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police says a diesel spill impacted traffic Thursday morning on Interstate 65 in Barren County.

Troopers say the incident happened near the 53 mile marker.

The source of the spill was a commercial vehicle, according to KSP.

Authorities stated shortly after 8:45 a.m. to expect delays. However, an update on current road closures has not been released at this time.
