Bowling Green fugitive captured in Oklahoma

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A fugitive from Bowling Green has been captured in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The Williamson County, Tenn. Sheriff’s Office announced on its Facebook page Tuesday that Jessica Osborne was captured. As if 1:30 p.m., no other details were provided.

On August 21, the Bowling Green Police Department announced that it was searching for the 46-year-old ,who police said evaded capture two times in two weeks. Bowling Green police said there were warrants out for her arrest after she stole other people’s property.

Nearly a month later, Osborne was captured in Franklin, Tenn., but managed to escape. According to authorities, Osborne was in the back of a patrol car when she told the deputy she had to use the restroom. The deputy allowed her to use a portable restroom at a construction site, but Osborne ran away with a handcuff still on one of her wrists.
