Muhlenberg County man charged with distribution of child porn

DRAKESBORO, Ky. – A Muhlenberg County man has been arrested after authorities say he shared images of child porn online.

The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Timothy Floyd Nannie, 48, Thursday after police say they traced child porn back to his computer.

All electronics used in the crime have been seized, authorities say.

Nannie faces five counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance (under 12 years old) and five counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance (under 12 years old).

Nannie was taken to the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.

The investigation remains ongoing.
