Logan County man found guilty of over 40 sexual abuse charges

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – An attorney says a Logan County man has been found guilty of 41 counts of sexual abuse.

The attorney for defendant Jeffrey Glenn Harper, 55, of Russellville confirmed the Logan Circuit Court found Harper guilty of the charges.

According to court documents, Harper was charged with the majority of the counts of first-degree sexual abuse on Sept. 23, 2022.

Court documents further state there was an order for sex offender risk determination in February 2023.

Harper faces a recommended sentence of 10 years with no bond, according to court documents.

Harper’s sentencing is scheduled for May 18, 2023 at 8:30 a.m.
