Bowling Green local named top ten finalist for national volunteer award

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green local has been named a top 10 finalist for a national award.

The City of Bowling Green says Magen Siegrist is a finalist for the American Marketing Association Ric Sweeney Volunteer of the Year Award.

The city says it is “beyond proud” of Siegrist for representing the new Bowling Green chapter of the AMA, the only AMA chapter in Kentucky.

Siegrist reportedly volunteers for more than half a dozen other organizations as well, all while working as a marketing and communications officer for Farmers Bank and Trust.
