Happy, Healthy Hearts Event to bring Valentine’s Day to heart health

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A local event will be showing how to best care for your heart this season.

The Happy, Healthy Hearts Event by The Foundry Christian Community Center will have a Valentine’s Day inspired look at heart health.

Mrs. Kentucky International will be present at the event to speak about cardiovascular health.

In addition, the first 100 people to show up will be gifted a free jump rope. And if you’re in the Valentine’s Day spirit, you can decorate cookies, make a bookmark or sit for a listen to a reading from the book “What Love Looks Like.”

If you wish to participate, you can start Feb. 11 with a free hot breakfast at The Foundry located at 531 W 11th Ave. in Bowling Green. The event starts at 10 a.m. and is entirely free.
