Cultural Awareness Corvette Weekend meetup revs up

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – African American Corvette enthusiasts from all across the U.S. are gathered here in Bowling Green for what they hope will be their first annual Culture Awareness Corvette Weekend.

In fact, so many Corvette lovers signed up for this meetup that they had to cut off the number of attendees at 1000 due to capacity constraints.

Thursday, the Corvette lovers started off at the Sloan Convention Center where they are probably just now wrapping up their light show. 

This weekend, you’ll see them around the National Corvette Museum. 

And best of all this fun, Proceeds will go to Bowling Green’s African American Museum and Historic Railpark at L&N Depot in Bowling Green.
