Wendy’s of Bowling Green acquires dozens of Nashville Wendy’s restaurants

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- Wendy’s of Bowling Green has acquired 44 Wendy’s restaurants in the Nashville market.

Wendy’s of Bowling Green now owns and operates 101 restaurants in seven media markets: Nashville, Tennessee, Huntsville, Alabama, Montgomery, Alabama, Louisville, Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky and Bowling Green, Kentucky.

The acquisition places Wendy’s of Bowling Green in the top 15 largest Wendy’s franchises in the United States,

The franchise started in 1975 and is owned by Mike O’Malley of Clarksville, Tennessee and John Hughes of Bowling Green, Kentucky,

This year, Wendy’s Company is celebrating its 50th anniversary.
