3 men accused of wild armed robbery in Horse Cave

HORSE CAVE, Ky.- Horse Cave police have arrested three men from Louisville who are accused of an armed robbery.

Tevon Warner, 18, Joshua Whitworth, 19, Anthony Deweese, 20, are charged with multiple crimes, including first-degree robbery and first-degree wanton endangerment.

According to Horse Cave police, on Monday, the three are accused of robbing a woman, her mother and the woman’s child at gunpoint as they were exiting a vehicle in front of a residence on Cave St.

Police said two of the men fled in the woman’s car, while the other suspect fled on foot.

Police said the suspect driving the car struck multiple vehicles, causing injuries to two other people.

All three suspects were eventually apprehended.

Each man is being held on a $50,000 bond inside the Hart County Jail.
