Woman finds startling surprise in the trunk of her car
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Bowling Green Police Department is investigating an incident in which a woman found another woman in her car trunk when she stopped for gas in Millersville, Tenn.
Tennessee law enforcement officers talked to the woman who had been in the trunk of the car.
The car owner told police that the woman looked injured.
After reviewing video footage, police confirmed that the woman got into the trunk by herself, without the driver knowing, with no outside coercion that they are aware of.
“The woman who owned the vehicle noticed that she had some injuries. Our detectives later learned that those injuries were obtained from running through some woods, and we are not sure exactly where,” said Ronnie Ward, Bowling Green Police Department.
The two women are unrelated and do not know each other.
No one has been charged with any crime in this incident.
