Warren County fire departments respond to fire on Old Greenville Road
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Warren County Fire Department System responded to a structure fire Wednesday evening.
WCFDS Fire Chief Bill Rector says Browning Fire Department units were dispatched to a house fire at the 600 block of Old Greenville Road at approximately 9:35 pm.
When crews arrived, firefighters found an advanced fire and initiated a fire attack.
The home is a total loss.
Rector reports that one resident sustained a minor injury, and no firefighters were injured.
Barren River, Hadley, Plano, and Woodburn fire departments assisted Browning.
Rector says over 30 volunteer firefighters responded to the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
