Warren County Emergency Management announces tornado siren relocation

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Warren County Emergency Management announced the relocation of a tornado siren Thursday afternoon.

According to a social media post, the siren on Detour Road will relocate to Plum Springs Baptist Church.

Officials say the relocation project will take four to six weeks to complete.

“This move will provide better coverage to an increased number of residents. We will let everyone know when the siren is functional again at its new location,” the post states.

WCEM says all other sirens remain active.
