Tree falls on house during storm, Christian County man injured
HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. – A Hopkinsville man was taken to the hospital after a tree fell on his house during a severe thunderstorm.
According to WKDZ, a tree fell on a house on East 12th Street in Hopkinsville on Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Fire Department Spokesman Captain Payton Rogers told WKDZ that the tree fell onto the back of the house, trapping a man underneath it.
Hopkinsville EMS transported the man to Jennie Stuart Health for possible broken bones.
