Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce helps local small businesses during COVID-19

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve rapidly, the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce is looking into helping local small businesses through this time of uncertainty.

The chamber is highly encouraging the community to continue to support small businesses in the area.

The chamber created a Facebook group Thursday called “SCK Business Community” and started a hashtag called, #SCKstrong.

The chamber is also publishing COVID-19 information page on its website.

The website includes a link to access unemployment, closures of local events and a link to a disaster recovery toolkit for small businesses.

The chamber’s goal is to pull all of the important information together in one place to provide resources to those who need it.

Ron Bunch, the chamber president and CEO, says during this difficult time, his goal is to help.
