Teen flown to hospital after farm equipment accident in Trigg County

TRIGG COUNTY, Ky. (WKDZ) – A teen has been flown to a hospital after a reported accident involving farm equipment in Trigg County.

According to a report by WKDZ, the teen was flown to a Nashville hospital after the incident occurred on Sammy Gunn Road on Wednesday afternoon.

WKDZ reports Trigg County first responders say a 13-year-old was caught under a cultivator and sustained head injuries.
