Substance abuse recovery center opening in Morgantown
MORGANTOWN, Ky. – A substance abuse recovery center in Morgantown inside of an old elementary school building held its public showing today to spread the word about their services.
Kentucky Christian Recovery on Huntsville Quality Road is a for-profit recovery center.
The Executive Director of the center, Donte Paul, says their goal is to provide a faith-based treatment facility where people can go through recovery as an inpatient or outpatient.
Paul also says the profits of the center will go towards helping those in recovery and employees get medical care and other necessities.
The building is about 15,000 square feet which allows the center to provide residential treatment, intensive outpatient, and outpatient care.
Kentucky Christian Recovery is hoping to officially open their doors to begin treatment in February.
