BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Scottsville man has been charged with burglary in Bowling Green.

According to the Bowling Green Police Department, on Wednesday, officers responded to the 600 block of Sherwood Drive for a report of a burglary in progress.

The caller reported a man wearing a reflective vest had entered a home and stolen property, police say.

Authorities say responding officers quickly located 38-year-old Victor Allen Webb of Scottsville in possession of the stolen property and took him into custody.
