Rescuers respond to boat ramp after vehicle enters water in Hart County

HART COUNTY, Ky. – Emergency personnel responded to assist with removing a vehicle from water in Hart County Tuesday night, officials say.

According to Hart County Search and Rescue, Inc., around 10:45 p.m., rescuers and the Hart County Sheriff’s Department were notified of a vehicle that had gone into the water at Dog Creek Boat Ramp.

The occupant of the vehicle was reportedly able to exit without injuries, rescuers say.

Hart County Search and Rescue and Barren County Rescue provided divers to assist PCS Towing & Recovery with retrieving the vehicle, according to the agency.
