Power Outage hits South Bowling Green

A power outage hit a portion of Warren County for about an hour.

There was a lost circuit out of their South Bowing Green Substation, which affected Morgan Town Road, Loop, Stone Henge, Jennings Court, Sandra, Eric, and Potter.

The twitter feed says crews were dispatched and en route to the substation. The account then tweeted the power had been restored to the approximately 1,300 customers, who were affected by the circuit outage.

BG Municipality says a transformer fire was the cause.
