WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – A portion of the Warren County Water District is under a boil water advisory Thursday.

According to a notice by the water district, the advisory has been issued for a section of Three Springs Road.

The district says it has located a water main break, resulting in a reduction of pressure in the area.

Out of an abundance of caution and as required by the Kentucky Division of Water, the district says it is issuing the advisory for Three Springs Road.

During this time, the district says to boil water before consumption or to use an alternative water source. The water district says the advisory will be lifted when bacteriological results are negative, typically within 24 to 48 hours when completed.

News 40 will provide additional details as they are released.
