Charlie is a four-year-old terrier with a huge heart and plenty of love to give.
He came to the shelter as a stray, and now he’s ready to find a family of his own.
Charlie loves attention, affection, and being around his people. he would do best in a home without other dogs, where he can be the center of attention.
