NWS Louisville finds 2 preliminary EF-1 tornadoes hit Hardin, Casey/Lincoln counties

GRAYSON COUNTY, Ky. – The National Weather Service says preliminary findings suggest two EF-1 tornadoes struck Kentucky, with one in Hardin County and one in Casey/Lincoln counties Tuesday evening.

This follows severe weather that swept through multiple counties, causing damage, downed trees and powerlines and power outages in areas.

The NWS Louisville says it is also conducting damage surveys Wednesday in Grayson, Hart and Metcalfe counties, along with Bourbon County.
