Multiple fire departments respond to house fire in Grayson County

GRAYSON COUNTY – Fire departments responded to a residential fire Tuesday afternoon in Grayson County.

According to K105, the Caneyville, Falls of Rough and Leitchfield Fire Departments, along with Grayson Co. Emergency Management, responded to the 6000 block of Falls of Rough (Hwy 79)

Upon arrival, firefighters located a two-story structure actively on fire.

The home was heavily renovated. Firefighters attacked part of the fire through the roof, according to K105.

Following several hours, the fire was extinguished. The home is a total loss.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. No injuries have been reported.
