Mourners pay respects to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg
(NBC NEWS) – Mourners of all ages pay their respects to the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Wednesday at the Supreme Court.
The feminist icon died Friday from complications stemming from pancreatic cancer.
Members of the public gathered to honor Justice Ginsburg, viewing her casket as it sat at the top of the front steps of the Supreme Court.
Since her death, large crowds have visited the Supreme court to memorize the feminist icon with photos, flowers, candles, and messages thanking her for fighting for gender equality and paving the way for women and girls.
