Marshalls location opens in Franklin, donates $10,000 to local nonprofit

FRANKLIN, Ky. – On Thursday, Marshalls celebrated the grand opening of its new Franklin Shoppes location while contributing to a local nonprofit.

According to a social media post by Barren River Area Safe Space, Inc., Marshalls marked the occasion with a $10,000 donation to BRASS, Inc.

The nonprofit supports domestic violence survivors across multiple counties, including Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Hart, Logan, Metcalfe, Monroe, Simpson and Warren counties.

“This incredible gift will directly support survivors of domestic violence across our 10-county region in south-central Kentucky, helping us sustain emergency shelter, our 24-hour crisis line, and housing assistance,” BRASS, Inc. stated.

The new Marshalls location can be found at 1379 Nashville Road in Franklin.
