Man charged with selling cocaine, methamphetamine

GLASGOW, Ky. – After Glasgow Police officers conducted a search warrant at 106 Joe Traylor Ave. Wednesday, police arrested the resident Jimmy Tucker on three drug charges and a weapon charge.

While searching the home, officers said they found a clear bag of individually wrapped bags containing a clear, crystal like substance believed to be methamphetamine, according to his arrest citation. Police also said they found several pills, two handguns, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Police wrote in Tucker’s citation that he said the white substance found was meth and cocaine.

Tucker, 73, is charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance methamphetamine, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance cocaine, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

He is lodged in the Barren County Detention Center. His bond is set at $10,000. He is scheduled to be in court Monday.
