Louisville police make arrest in road rage shooting

Arrest

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — An 18-year-old has pleaded not guilty in what Louisville police called a road rage incident that led to a man being shot in the head and arm. Officers said the victim was trying to protect his son, who was pulled from their car and assaulted by six suspects, until the father got out with a baseball bat. They said Taylor dropped his phone during the scuffle, and that his group then accused the father and son of taking it, shooting at them from their car. Police found the phone on the ground and arrested Taylor after he accused officers of stealing it.
