Logan County Tobacco and Heritage Festival event lineup released

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – The Logan County Tobacco and Heritage Festival is right around the corner.

Before you know it, Logan County will step back in time to the events of Jesse James, along with a host of family-friendly activities. If you haven’t been to this yearly gathering, Logan County brings the community together for several weeks of events, spanning from Sept. 22 to Oct. 27.

The Logan County Chamber of Commerce has shared the following events and their respective dates:

• Time capsule grand opening on Sept. 22.
• Queens Pageant on Sept. 23. (Pre-registration is required.)
• Century Bike Ride on Sept. 30. (Pre-registration is available.)
• Little Mr. and Miss Pageant on Sept. 30. (Pre-registration required)
• Historic Homes Tours on Oct. 1.
• Hangin’ with the Heroes on Oct. 3.
• Jesse James 5K on Oct. 7.
• Gold scramble on Oct. 7.
• Road Rally on Oct. 7.
• Historic Walking Tours on Oct. 8.
• Cemetery Tours on Oct. 10 & 12.
• Community Health Fair on Oct. 11.
• Pet show and Blessing of the Animals on Oct. 12.
• Tobacco judging on Oct. 13.
• Senior Stroll on Oct. 13.
• Special Needs Awareness Walk on Oct. 13.
• Haunted Trolley Tour on Oct. 13 (sold out for this date) and Oct. 27 (tickets available as of Friday).
• Craft show and flea market on Oct. 14.
• Jesse James Bank Robbery on Oct. 14.
• Parade on Oct. 14.
