Local restaurant sends employees for rapid COVID testing
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Local restaurants, are trying to figure out how to handle COVID-19 in more ways than one.
Multiple Bowling Green restaurants have had to temporarily close their doors because an employee or employees have tested positive for the coronavirus.
One example, Anna’s Greek Restaurant in Bowling Green.
This past weekend, a kitchen staff member tested positive.
The restaurant’s management, acting quickly, sent all employees to a rapid testing center in Columbia, Ky,, which is over an hour away.
The restaurant was able to reopen the next night due to the quick results.
The employees at Anna’s will all get retested twice in the next two weeks.
