KSP holds annual charity golf course in Edmonson County
EDMONSON COUNTY, Ky. – Golfers hit the greens at the Shady Hallow Golf Club in Edmonson County Friday morning for a good cause.
Kentucky State Police Post 3 in Bowling Green hosted its annual golf scramble.
Door prizes were given away and a prize was given to first, second, and third place.
The scramble is held as a fundraiser for KSP’s Trooper Island camp held each summer for underprivileged kids.
The camp is funded solely from donations and fundraisers and uses no taxpayer money.
Organizers believe they raised nearly $5,000 from this years’ tournament.
