Kentucky State Police investigating multiple school bomb threats

FRANKFORT, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police says it is investigating multiple school bomb threats on Tuesday.

According to the agency, troopers are working with local law enforcement to investigate these incidents. The names of the schools impacted have not yet been released.

At this time, troopers say none of the threats have been deemed credible.

According to authorities, preliminary information suggests the threats may be linked to a “robocalling campaign.”

“These threats are illegal, disruptive and unacceptable. We will thoroughly investigate each incident and hold those responsible fully accountable,” the agency stated.
