Someone is shooting horses to death in Kentucky and the number is now up to 20

(CNN) PRESTONSBURG, Ky. – Authorities in Floyd County, Kentucky, are investigating the shooting deaths of nearly two dozen horses. No arrests have been made yet…and the focus is shifting to how to keep other horses safe.
