Joey Norman named as new principal of Glasgow High School

GLASGOW, Ky. – Joey Norman has been named the new principal of Glasgow High School.

The school says the announcement was made Friday afternoon in the Glasgow High School auditorium.

According to the school, Norman has been an educator for 19 years and most recently served as principal of Warren Central High School in Bowling Green.

“I am super excited,” Norman said during the announcement. “Just being able to walk into this school and just feel the atmosphere, and to know that I get to be a part of that is just amazing. I’m looking forward to getting into the community. I’m looking forward to building that bond and continue building that bond and being able to open the doors to Glasgow High School and making sure that everybody feels like that they have a role here. I want everybody to feel like that this is their school, because I know that that’s what’s going to make us take the next step toward greatness.”
