DeChambeau-Koepka spat overshadowing tough US Open course

SAN DIEGO (AP) — The feud between Brooks Koepka and Bryson DeChambeau is the dominant storyline heading into the U.S. Open. Koepka says they don’t like each other, and there’s nothing unusual about that. They won’t be playing together for the opening two rounds at Torrey Pines. And if anyone wants the final word, perhaps the best answer is to win the championship. DeChambeau is the defending U.S. Open champion, and Koepka tied for second last month at the PGA Championship. DeChambeau says he would enjoy playing against Koepka if they’re both in contention, saying he thinks “it would be fun and would be great for the game.”
