CROMWELL, Conn. (AP) — Jason Day shot a bogey-free 8-under 62 to take the lead in the second round of the Travelers Championship. The former world No. 1 has been struggling with a back injury and hasn’t had a top three finish in more than three years. One stroke behind is Bubba Watson, who recovered to birdie hole No. 2 after snapping his driver in the middle of his tee shot. Watson shot his second straight 66 to move to 8 under par through 36 holes. first-round co-leader Kramer Hickok shot 69 and was also at minus-8.
